I worked on the Engineering Recruiting Team for League of Legends. In 2010, I was recruited by the Technical Director of Platform Engineering and Web Development to meet the expanding hiring needs for Riot’s web and platform engineering teams. Since 2011, I successfully sourced, recruited and hired world-class engineering talent that scaled League of Legends Platform enabling it to support 100+ million active players globally. In 2012, I took on the additional responsibility of building our big data engineering team.
