At present I am the CEO of KR50 Holdings Inc, DBA Epic Family Farms, a legal cannabis farm in Southern Oregon. I am also the managing member of P&M Holdings LLC, owner of Green Valley Wellness dispensary in Talent, Oregon. Through P&M Holdings, I am also a consultant who has touched every aspect of the cannabis industry from seed and soil to retail and oil. I am an entrepreneur and consultant in the burgeoning legal cannabis and Industrial Hemp CBD industries. I have top-notch leadership skills, and the ability to motivate people to form highly functioning teams where respect and empowerment leads to high productivity and excellent quality of product. In the past I have been Jack of many trades. Skills and interests include:Musician : Guitar. Composition and performance. Event production : onsite logistics, pre-production, stage management, people management, excellent floater and overall fire-putter-outer. Management skills: Excellent with people, very strong communication and delegation skills, with the ability to solve problems creatively and cultivate highly functioning teamwork. Writing, editing, research skills: Political science, political communications, policy. General communications: excellent wordsmith, published author, app author.Administrative: 3/going on 4 years as COO of 4-5 different entities simultaneously (some collapsed due to over-regulation), 3 years managing busy clinic of Chinese Medicine. Including reception, files, purchasing and dispensary management (that job was divided to 3 people after I left).Overall overcomer of challenges.
