Leads team of 25 contractors supporting Air Education and Training Command's Special Missions Division (AETC/A3Q). Led 6-member team in managing a diverse portfolio of training, education, and policy initiatives for 5 different Air Force Career Fields impacting 50,000 students annually.- Led 15-person project to consolidate all military medical training. Effort included relocating 17 courses, 400 instructors, and 1,200 students from one location to a consolidated DoD campus. Project was executed and implemented on time and within budget. - Continuous process improvement. Managed the new Air Force Cyber Education & Training portfolio of projects while improving overall training processes. Selected to be the sole analyst to execute a highly complex ballistic missile engagement modeling tool for ICBM and theater ballistic missile engagements; efforts ensured successful nuclear war planning. - Led international exchange and engagement with United Kingdom modeling counterparts; ensured best practices shared amongst allies.- Corrected deficiency in ballistic missile option resulting in 73% effectiveness improvement of war plan.
