I enjoy partnering with customers to understand their business, and help craft solutions in AdaptiveWork that best align with their vision. I support customers with strategy around implementation and internal process, with a focus on internal change management. Having worked with SaaS products for over 10 years I understand the importance of strong change management to support adoption of a new toolset and processes.Some key projects I am currently working on include:- refining the commercial change processes within a global energy company to align the numerous process implementations into a more unified, streamlined process that can be easily adopted by existing and new business units- onboarding the global R&D function of a global energy company onto the exising implementation of AdaptiveWork, to allow for better support of global collaboration and value stream management- onboarding the financial services division of a multinational technology organisation to provide better insight into programme deliver and financial controlling over projects- implementation of the transformation and delivery offices of a European full-service logistic providerAs part of my role I support other consultants in the EMEA team, as well as coaching for our recenlty established AdaptiveWork Professional Services team out of the Bangalore office.I manage a number of partner engagements, ensuring that partner led implementations adhere to best practice and are utilising the potential of AdaptiveWork.
