I’m a technology product leader. I love building and leading teams to deliver software products that change people’s lives. I love spending time with customers, patients and users, nurturing teams of product managers, and rolling up my sleeves alongside incredible engineers and designers. I also love digging in with marketers and salespeople to take these products to market and ignite growth. I live at the intersection of business, people and technology. A deep technology background has nudged me along a career initially in enterprise software, later in consumer apps and seeing ways to solve wicked problems with modern architectures. My passion for understanding people allows me to apply human-centered design and behavioral psychology to design and market thoughtful products and drive adoption. My business mindset makes sure this is all delivering a step-function improvement in productivity and usually profitability.The last decade I’ve been building massive data platforms that use machine learning to help small and large technology and financial services companies do a much better job marketing to and servicing their customers. Most recently I’ve been applying similar approaches to the digital health space, unlocking personalized experiences, treatments and health improvements that weren’t possible before.Across almost all industries, I believe there is tremendous opportunity to harness the power of machine learning and thoughtful design to make people more productive, faster, smarter, happier, better.
