Operations Senior Manager

Assist the clients in meeting their business objectives and to provide a safe, efficient and comfortable working environment for their staff.-Improve the operational systems and processes and introduce correct standard procedures in support of organization’s mission.-Manage and control the operations teams for each project on a day to day basis, to provide the services in the most cost effective and efficient manner. -Directs and ensure that all services in terms of the contractual agreement in place between the company and the client are provided, within specific key performance indicator. -Do regular physical and comprehensive inspections on the sites under management. -Provide presentations on expansion of scope of services to the client. -Assist in the preparation and submitting of proposals/quotations of work outside the contract scope to client in liaison with the finance department. -Acts as the main contact with the client to ensure open channels of communication with them. -Administer the projects annual income and expense budgets allocated. -Provide monthly income and expenses projections on budgets. -Plans and optimizes budgets, costs and profits and supervises financial results. -Provides essential training and needful job orientation to all of his subordinates. -Apply HSE policies, Procedures and lead the crew by example. -Operates and works closely within company’s quality assurance guidelines to ensure highest quality management. -Execute on random basis quality audit to ensure optimum service delivery to the clients. -Assist to implement the company’s policies, codes and practices. -Supervises all activities relayed to all department heads. -Collaborates with corporate infrastructure on developing most efficient operational interface. -Apply emotional intelligence principles between subordinates. -Review the contractors’ activities. -Plans for future development. -Provide monthly operation reports to the clients.

Responsibilities and duties:- Supervise testing and commissioning of all building systems, handing over all building technical systems from the main contractor. - Build database and PPM schedules for all building equipment’s and preventive maintenance plan for all equipment.- Manage third parties contracts for different systems and tenders.- Manage all technical facility services and operation for the building.- Review the contractors’ activities. - Manage Soft services (House Keeping, Pest Control, etc.) with the client and subordinates. - Manage Security services with the client.- Provide operation reports to the client
