About Peter Halcomb

I have worked in equal measure in senior corporate roles and in consulting as a founding Partner [2003], where I’ve encountered a range of issues common, yet uniquely different, to many organisations.By applying proven methodologies in a bespoke manner, I help clients identify the true cause of their issues and I work with them to develop the ‘right’ solution.My name is Peter Halcomb and I am a Partner with TriSigma, an Australian People and Organisational Management Consultancy.Leveraging over 30 years’ experience in line management and senior executive roles, culminating as a General Manager for one of Australia’s largest Corporations with accountability for elements of its national Human Resources function. Since 1997 I have advised and coached Business Owners, Boards, Senior Executive and employee teams.I now design and help implement practical and effective organisational and people management solutions for clients in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors.Specialising in organisational design & development [OD], Board performance and health reviews, change, business performance and reward design and implementation and performance coaching. I have developed and used methodologies that take a holistic approach to analysing problems, assessing risk, developing and implementing performance-based cultures.These methodologies incorporate elements such as structural design, culture, business strategy, accountabilities, behavioural drivers, capability, performance planning and assessment.Since 2011 I have undertaken executive coaching, mentoring other HR professionals as a member of the Australian Human Resource Institute [AHRI] and more recently with Monash University mentoring programmes [Sir John Monash, the Business School and the Alumni programmes]. Since 2018 I have been an active member of the AHRI OD Committee [Vic Division], sourcing and facilitating topics that advance the practice of OD. My contributions outside my professional career include 16 on various school councils including 4 years as Treasurer, Vice President and Council President. From May 2023, I am fortunate to have been able to join the Board of Cerebral Palsy Support Network as a NED. Here I hope to contribute to people with cp being able to fulfil their potential and their contribution to society.
