• Director of a 6-member LLC that purchased and manages a celebrated historic property on Mackinac Island State Park, Michigan. (2003 to present)• Project manager and lead designer on a $1.6 million renovation of a 10-bedroom 1888 Queen Anne summer cottage, 3-bedroom carriage house and stables that dramatically enhanced the value of the property while preserving its authentic Victorian character. Responsible for all designs and material selections. (2009-2012)

Assessed pollution liability through analysis of business operations, engineering surveys, and all relevant government regulations. Managed diverse account portfolio covering utilities, gas/oil, waste disposal, commercial real estate and manufacturers. Achieved 40% growth in new business in 1995.
