Being a Senior Executive in a company can be a challenging place… I’ve held various management roles in Human Resources, Operations, Sales and General Management and there are two things during that tenure that inspired me most to start working in Ireland and abroad as a Business Consultant over 20 years ago. First, my desire to not be a typical consultant who offers a proposal and walks away but to be a consultant who is part of the problem analysis, solution design and execution of making it happen on the ground. Second, I highly enjoy the process of navigating through hurdles with teams and bringing them through that journey together and celebrating our accomplishments as we go along. My specialties are working with senior teams focusing on strategy development, change management, management facilitation, and one on one coaching with senior executives to facilitate them reaching their potential. Therefore, why waste time trying to match your problem with a solution type? After all, that’s my job.
