Leading on company operations, technical SEO, overall client strategy and overseeing technical consulting for all customers. Managing the team implementing these strategies whilst developing the workflow and technical processes required for other staff to follow. Heavily involved in running the business, including sourcing leads whilst selecting, improving and maintaining office hardware and selecting software required to run all aspects of the business.

Having started as a Campaign Delivery Manager, within a year was running the SEO team, devising process, overseeing implementation across the team as a whole and a number of clients simultaneously. Led development requirements for all in house SEO software, developed a strong process for on-going SEO work for retained clients and most importantly drove home an ethos of putting the customer first, pushing for regular meetings, using the phone instead of hiding behind emails and making each team member responsible for their accounts and results.
