This will ultimately lead to their appointment as a Kubrick Consultant and external accreditation. Following this, Kubrick Consultants work with our clients, helping solve their big data challenges whilst being supported by technology mentors and regular input from Kubrick Group.After completing this final stage of the programme, Kubrick Consultants have the exciting choice of remaining with our client as a full-time employee, or returning to Kubrick Group as a Senior Consultant.

easyfundraising is a digital fundraising platform which raises money for more than 100,000 local good causes across the UK. My role is to transition the business into a data driven company, optimise the fundraising journey using data driven models, deliver new fundraising products and rollout the fundraising platform to more countries.• Led the easyfundraising response to GDPR• Transitioned the business into a data driven company• Implemented behaviour led models to optimise our customer marketing strategy• Developed a suite of new fundraising products• Developed the strategy for global and partner expansion

Working within the Chief Data Office for the Telefonica group, I am responsible for all customer facing products, both B2B and B2C, for the company’s strategic 4th platform initiative. - Development of the foundation of the Telefonica strategy, the cognitive intelligence service AURA. This formed the basis of the Telefonica key-note speech at Mobile World Congress 2017 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wK04-E7-1xo- Development and operation of the Smart Digits and Smart Steps product suite. Driven global deployment and increasing revenue since UK launch in 2015. Now live in 11 countries with 2017 revenue target- £15M- Co-led the initiative to white-label and market Telefonica big data solutions off –footprint. Secured the deal with leading Chinese operator. Established joint venture to manage in-country - Developed and implemented the Data Privacy and Information Security policy and procedures. Internal consult on various Data Privacy and EU GDPR initiatives.

- Advising on the Data Strategy of the newly formed FCA- Designed and built the prototype FCA big data platform - Designed and built the Consumer Credit Monitoring application

- Technology transformation, Strategy, Operating Model and Global Roadmap for the SmartSteps B2B business- Designed and Built the Big Data Platform for Telefonica Digital- Landed the first £1M sales in the Transport sector.

- Advised the board on the introduction of the ‘free to play’ and ‘freemium’ business models within Sony Playstation.- Defined the standard telemetry taxonomy definition for all games to implement- Advised and supported the game studio on the transition and re-launch of the SingStar (leading karaoke game) as a free-to-play business.- Developed the analytics platform to support the re-launch of SingStar and defined and developed the analytics dashboard to report to the Studio LT.

- Architected and built the Playfish big data platform- Designed and developed various departmental models. Customer, Marketing, Commerce, Game design- Developed the in-game telemetry for The Sims and Sim City Facebook games

Dealing with commercial contracts for a small local building firm
