Benefits achieved for the client included hot-desking capability between sites, free calls between sites on a fully resilient and contingent system ensuring uninterrupted communications. System Networking allowed unified access capability through the use of global contacts list for all users on all sitesLead Engineer in Avaya Installation linking UK and USA: IP500 V2 installed in UK. I setup, programmed and shipped an IP500 v2 containing a USA SD card for use in satellite office in California which was Small Community Networked (SCN) linked to UK with centralized Voicemail Pro, Auto Attendant Voicemail on both sites, across time zones, allowing USA and UK customers to benefit from extended worldwide support hours. Provided ongoing system maintenance•Avaya System Installation: IP500 V2 and Windows 2008 R2 Server for telephony apps, telephony server with CCR (Custom Call Reporter), Voicemail Pro and Contact Store call recording, TIMS 3rd party call logging to monitor inbound and outbound call tracker ( call logging, SIP, Avaya R4 DECT (via VPN to satellite office). IVR front end with multiple layer Auto Attendant functions for multiple incoming lines to different menus. Remote phones allowed calls to be controlled by head office and to satellite sites in other countries. System created to monitor staff productivity which led to increased customer satisfaction
