Digital Product Manager
CurrentAs a Digital Product Manager, I oversee the development of complex and innovative digital products or concepts for our clients, focusing on process-driven and collaborative realization of these solutions. The development projects are complex in the sense that they have a strategic impact on the client's business and are aimed at creating sustainable digital success for them. From the start to delivery, I am responsible for the project outcomes.During the project execution itself, I am able to take on multiple roles, depending on the client's knowledge and capacity. Sometimes I fulfill the role of Product Owner, other times that of Scrum Master, and when necessary, even that of a traditional Project Manager. Whatever the role, it is my responsibility to deliver the intended results in an agile way, while adhering to the constraints of budget, planning, and scope when needed.
