By way of introduction you might find it helpful to visit my website at www.ivpc.co.uk so as to get a flavour of the kind of coaching work I do and my approach to coaching.Essentially I have been involved as a performance coaching psychologist for over 14 years, "clocking up" over 10,000 hours of coaching with leaders/managers from the private sector in the UK with also overseas coaching (by phone) in Europe, Japan and UK. I became an MCC with ICF in 2005 and am a graduate member of the Society for Coaching Psychologists as well as being a licensed NLP coach. I hold a Master of Science degree in Coaching Psychology. I am also involved in mentoring and supervising coaches who are aiming to gain their credentials mainly through the ICF.I run a busy practice in North Wales and am able to visit client locations if necessary. My full programme is run over a 6 month period (allowing changes to be embedded)and consists of 6 by 2 hour sessions run face to face or by phone. I expect my clients to take a very active part in their own developmnet and to work in a sincere and passionate way in moving their personal growth upwards. Coaching can be demanding but you will appreciate it is what we put in that relates to what we get out. I am happy to discuss fees once we know we would like to work together.
