After 20 years in the consumer insights industry, where I was fortunate to work with some great people and some amazing brands, both hubris and a longtime hobby got the better of me in 2020. You can now find me with a wholly new and constantly updated skillset working full time in the wine and cider industry. Frankly, it doesn't suck. We make and package custom award winning premium beverages for over 300 clients nationwide at our impressive state-of-the-art facilities in Prosser, Washington.You will find me to be a creative problem solver with an entrepreneurial and ever-curious approach to new business challenges. As a veteran of over 100 successful loyalty and NPS based tracking programs at large organizations spanning 30+ countries, I have advised some of the world's most well-known companies on CX and product development strategies. As a general research practitioner for 20 years, I have conducted both qualitative and quantitative research of every flavor working with over 50 of the Fortune 500 and 200+ mid-sized organizations. My ability to quickly analyze, synthesize, and prioritize research findings, coupled with my presentation skills, brings the data to life and gives research an opinion on what should be done next.
