ACTIVITIES Currently working with a multinational corporation to implement knowledge management within one global business unit. After defining the KM strategy, we conducted a feasibility study based on my GPO-WM Framework and method including an online survey and workshops in Europe, Asia and North America. The solution proposal with a portfolio of KM methods is currently co-designed with the pilot partners and will be tested using an agile project management approach. Very exciting project! EXPERIENCESince 1988 working in KM to implement solutions for companies such as Computacenter, DaimlerChrysler, Degussa, German Air Traffic Control, Deutsche Telekom, Robert BOSCH, Sanofi-Aventis, SAS Institute, Siemens, ThyssenKrupp, Unilever, VOLKSWAGEN, public administration: Police and Ministry of Internal Affairs and research institutes like Fraunhofer Society. Initiated "Wissensbilanz - Made in Germany" (Intellectual Capital Statements - Made in Germany) in May 2003, carried out in his research team at CCKM at Fraunhofer (Berlin).
