I was a customer service representative for several organizations including, Boston Financial Data Services, UMass Memorial Medical Center, and Alegeus Technologies. My responsibilities included filing documents, handling consumer inquiries and financial transactions with 529 Plans, proxy voting and tabulation, handling consumer inquiries with real estate investment trusts, medical scheduling and other inquiries, and receiving incoming calls and inquiries for health savings accounts (HSAs), flexible spending accounts (FSAs), Health Reimbursement Accounts (HRAs), and Dependent Care Accounts (DCAs).
I was hired as a .6FTE Spanish teacher for 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students. I was responsible for lesson creation, delivery of instructional material, maintaining regular communication with parents, grading, and daily cafeteria and hall duties. In addition, I was responsible for attending periodic faculty meetings and open houses. I also had the opportunity to use the SmartBoard system on many occasions with my students.
I taught five classes of 7th and 8th grade Spanish students.
