I have a lifetime passion for driving the sustainability agenda and have strived to do so through my entire career. Hence, sustainability, CSR, environment and health & safety has been in the core of my entire career, both as a consultant in Denmark and abroad, and for 5 years as Head of CSR & Circular Economy at Dansk Retursystem.Further I come with +10 years of management experience. As a manager I value cooperation, openness, and dialog highly as a mean to achieve common goals and the best possible results within the framework. I’m a targeted manager but at the same time I’m pragmatic – tasks and projects should be fulfilled as agreed, but sometimes changes are necessary, and sometimes errors can and will occur. To me the team as well as the single employee is of great importance and WLB is a key issue to me. Further I encourage that the individual competencies are used in the best possible way and that they are developed. Ongoing dialog, co-operation and coordination with fellow managers and departments is of course equally essential. I’m also an experienced project manager holding an IPMA-certification at C-level, and I have well developed communication skills both orally and in writing.I’m a positive and openminded person, always meeting other people with curiosity and respect and with a clear intention of involving and learning from others. I’m prioritising my family and friends alongside my work, and I use part of my spare time on various sports and hobbies.
