Horizon is one of the fastest growing manufactured housing portfolios in the industry, with 175 communities across 20 states.Prior to joining Horizon, Peter founded and exited his own PropTech company, Purchasing Platform, which provides an unparalleled spend management solution for the real estate investment industry. He's also held senior leadership roles at several companies, including Equity Lifestyle Properties and Hometown America, spearheading innovative initiatives to improve operations, revenue, and profitability across multibillion dollar investment portfolios. His areas of expertise include operations strategy, utility management, revenue growth, expense reduction, procurement, digital transformation, and process engineering. He's conducted 20+ transactions totaling $3B+ during his career, focusing on operational efficiency to generate tremendous value along the way.
