• Lead for statistics/ data science support across Europe R&D offices, managing small team of data scientists. Support including: Design of Experiments, Capability analysis, Hypothesis Testing, PCA, PLS, Dashboarding, Automating analysis & AI/ML.• Primary role to deliver guidance, insights, tools & training to ensure Data Driven decision making & robust Data Analysis. High level of project management & interpersonal skills required within role to facilitate consulting across any project within PepsiCo R&D, working on ~80 projects per year.• Leverage internal and external resources to identify, implement, and sustain new ways to analyse and interpret data to better enable the organization to deliver against required business results.• Develop Training materials both for general training sessions, or to cover specific needs within teams, ensuring complex concepts are explained simply to a non-technical audience.

• Project Management of multiple projects within team; developing recipes, scaling up a proof of principle technology, full scale installation of robotic system, and implementation of software control system.• Lead statistics support across UK R&D office, managing on site project Statistician and Consultant based Analytics Partnership. Delivering training for a variety of statistical subjects, as well as for Excel and Minitab.• Attending multiple Technical Reviews, providing updates and progress to key project stakeholders.• Planning and running trials, organising contractors and line staff, and liaising with project managers to achieve results. • Support consumer tests & extended running for validation of line to operations.
