I am a Human Resources practitioner and help company owners and senior managers solve people problems and grasp opportunities to improve profitability and growth through people development. I have over 30 years’ success in blue chip IT and engineering companies, working in the UK but also across Europe including Romania. I have skills in facilitation, listening and advising, leading and managing teams, change management and individual employee problem solving. I provide a business led hands on HR service grounded in employment law and best practice and applied to staff learning and development, employment conditions, performance management and discipline and grievance procedures. I am also a Board member of the Office of the Independent Adjudicator for Higher Education and a member of the International Listening Association.
