Peter Hill retired Aug 2021 as a Governor of the Royal School, Wolverhampton for over 28 years, and Chairman since 2004. He continues as a Member. He was a Founding Director and Chairman of Bellis-Jones, Hill and Prodacapo (now Logex/Prodacapo UK) latterly implementing Patient Level Information and Costing systems to inform and support Hospital Consultants. Formerly a Partner in Ernst Young (EY) Management Consultants, in London, where he created the UK Cost Management practice. Whilst with EY he was the European Vice-Chairman of CAM-I, (international consortium which led the practical development and dissemination of Activity Based Cost Management) and had an active involvement in the world-wide development of Activity Based Management (ABM) techniques and methodologies. He has worked with blue chip companies in most sectors, latterly with over 40 Acute, Mental Health and Ambulance, NHS Trusts. Prior to EY, he was the Financial Director of GKN Sankey Automotive Operations. Before that he was a Managing Consultant in PriceWaterhouseCoopers which he joined having been a Financial Controller and Finance Director in the automotive industry.
