As the Marketing Leader, I conceptualised, directed and implemented strategies to maximise sales and customer loyalty. I also led and conducted negotiations with major clients, creating strong and productive relationships to understand and address client needs accurately.During my tenure, I have successfully expanded the Government & Public Sector (G&PS) industry by 30% in FY22 to become a $700M+ business. I have also led a G&PS Marketing positioning, awareness & education campaign, creating a strategy that shifted Marketing to a digital only platform which originated $15M (50% more than $10M target) in sales pipeline in FY21.

I also organised and developed content for the AMP Innovation Workshop in relation to their priorities/focus areas around Digital. reports and videos. A key success was operationalizing the Marketing ROI reporting framework and process built in FS across the other Marketing industry sectors.

Overseeing the delivery of regional APAC multi-channel Marketing Campaigns, I incorporated a number of tactics from strategy to execution. I managed Digital Marketing and Social Media strategy and execution and established Client Centric Marketing. I developed Thought Leadership, enhanced leadership reporting and oversaw Salesforce.com database management. Additionally, I developed, managed and reported against Market Development Budget.The transformations I have achieved in this role include the creation and establishment of the Everyday Bank Diagnostic Campaign as well as the launch of the Accenture Financial Services Innovation Centre in Jakarta. This has led to wide media coverage in the region, including television coverage plus 12 client leads.
