The results are a detailed analysis on capacity and on the operation of the team and a 22 point long advice list of process improvement possibilities. - I was working on Memetics survey results: coordinated a 30 members creative team – brainstormings, and other workshops. - I was a project leader of Contact Centre Agent Support system working out and implementation. Participants: 30-40. The aim is to make the work of agents simpler, faster and more efficient. For our most common processes supporting materials are made. Processes are gone through, made simpler and standardized. The project is in progress.
