Lean implementation, problem (deviation) solving and training in plasma centers of BioLife.My main tasks: - Implement 5S in all Hungarian plasma centers. The goal is not only to establish a new (more efficient) working environment but to create the culture of continous improvement. With defining optimal level of inventory for consumables it is not only valuable for the staff working on that area, but for managers doing the procurement. - Training leaders for gemba walk - classroom training and on-the-job coaching - As an investigation champion I train problem (deviation) owners for problem solving skills based on the DMAIC methodology. I also regularly support ongoing investigations (mainly in root cause analysis) and evaluate finished ones. - I support the management team in strategy by fasicilitating goal setting workshops, implementing standard initiave-tracking and with my own strategic initiatives: - Reducing the workload of center managers. - Establishing the cooperation of plasma center supervisors (2nd leader in every center). - Continous analysis of KPI's, design and implementation of new ones.

-I work in the lean management team mainly on individual E2E process improvement projects like: process of on sale products (from planning, through procurement and supply chain till sales and evaluation), process of indirect procurement (planning, tenders, evaluations, negotiations, contracting), process of product development (from idea till the product is on shelf), process of project portfolio and project management (preparation, planning, execution, evaluation and approval connection to board at each phase) - I train colleagues to Lean principles (types of waste, scheduling work, levelling workforce and materials) and to A3 problem solving (to solve problems once and for all) - I participate in IT projects by redesigning operational processes - I'm the leader of Auchan's RPA journey. I'm continously searching for new possibilities, I define specifications and coordinate development, testing and implementation.

As a consultant I work for clients at energy, finance and IT services companies.I work on: - Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) projects:Analyzing processes (steps, resources, inputs, outputs) and the connection between processes, estimating business impact, designing new processes, project management, education - Organization development – at finance and commercial companiesIn the projects my tasks were: analyze the processes and management of the companies; leading improvement workshops; education; consultancy - Quality assurance for project management:This covers the whole proces of a project from creating the project charter till the evaluation. I'm responsible for the clompleteness of documentation, warnings about scope and timing, facilitating workshops. - Business consulting:Process design (AsIs - ToBe), understanding of client requirements and analysis of KPI's and developping new ones.Tasks at TR Consult: - I'm responsible for the quality management system at our company (20 employees + mgmt). I led the implementation and certification of ISO9001 project. I have led two inner audits as well. I remodelled the client satisfaction survey system and implemented several regulations to make the company more efficient and transparent. - I lead the company's knowledge management functional group - I organized ad-hoc and regular knowledge sharing events; designed the company’s intranet site; implemented mentoring and new-hire orientation program - I led the implementation of performance eveluation system at TR Consult. It provides the same evaluation criterias to consultants, engineers and managers.

I applied for the navigator position in the Lean implementation project, in which I participate from the beginning. The aim of the project is to implement the Lean corporate culture at E.ON CSC Ltd. My tasks:- Supporting the Lean implementation on the fields assigned to me: Lean coaching of local managers, education and providing information to colleagues, supporting the usage of the implemented Lean tools- Efficiency analysis – on organizations (operational efficiency analysis) and on processes (value stream mapping)- Management infrastructure – – organize meeting structure, start coaching and feedback sessions, make team meetings regular, implement whiteboards- Implementation and support of corrective initiatives – coordinate project-like tasks and realize smaller tasks (quick wins)- Coordinating navigators, regional/functional leading role- Mentoring new navigators – supporting on the field by planning and leading workshops, trainings and analysis, implement new tools and mindset- Trainings, workshops – kinds of analysis, problem solving, brainstorming- Communication tasks – Informational presentations and management report to 10-60 persons

From the beginning my main task is to create ad-hoc and regular reports and analysis. My customers are inner customers. My strength is that I can see through the structure of the SAP-ISU systems and can reliably use the MS Office’s database management tools.From the beginning of 2010 I participated on several more complex analysis and projects: - I prepared an Education plan for 2011-2013 (whole Hungarian E.ON group) – demand survey, capacity analysis and proposals for solution - I coordinated the full capacity and process improvement analysis of Invoice controlling team (60 employees). The results are a detailed analysis on capacity and on the operation of the team and a 22 point long advice list of process improvement possibilities. - I was working on Memetics survey results: coordinated a 30 members creative team – brainstormings, and other workshops. - I was a project leader of Contact Centre Agent Support system working out and implementation. Participants: 30-40. The aim is to make the work of agents simpler, faster and more efficient. For our most common processes supporting materials are made. Processes are gone through, made simpler and standardized. The project is in progress.
