Built from scratch an innovative predictive analytics system for SAAS businesses and online publishers that for the first time automated the process of renewal & upgrade pricing. Within two years, Scout was optimizing $2b in revenue for some of the most innovative online publishers in the world. Scout analyzes usage and user engagement to help customers predict and prevent churn, drive up engagement, optimize renewals, and maximize rate plans. Acquired by Service Source after successful pivot from prior strategy. I assembled and led the Engineering, Operations, and Customer Service teams.

Led the creation of Concur Expense Service, the world's leading on-demand corporate expense management solution. Drove the technology transformation from an on-premise to SAAS solution in the early days of the SAAS movement. At the time I left, Concur Expense Service was used by over 20,000 clients around the world with over 25 million users, and processed $50 billion a year in T&E spend. Stock price appreciated 100x during my time there. Company sold to SAP in 2014 for $8.3 billion.

Led the design and development team to create the Workshop IDE: a revolutionary development framework that made it dramatically easier to write applications for the Java 2 Enterprise Edition platform. Winner of the Infoworld Reader's Choice Best Web Services Product award. Formerly a part of Crossgain, which was acquired by BEA.

Created a highly scalable & interactive online banking platform to support emerging consumer and business demand for on-line transacting in the early days of the Internet. Sold to 300 financial institutions. Our management team completed an IPO which raised $32 million. Corillian was later acquired by Checkfree for $245 million, and is now a part of Fiserv.
