I began my journey at IBM in December 2014 as a Software Engineer Co-Op and have since grown to become a Release Manager. Throughout my time here, I have been blessed to work with a team of highly skilled individuals and have the opportunity to continuously expand my knowledge and expertise. I am grateful to be part of such a dynamic and innovative company where learning never stops, and I am proud to be part of the IBM family.With over five years of specialized experience in Software Testing, I have honed my skills and gained a deep understanding of the industry. As a Scrum Leader, I have navigated a wide range of unexpected challenges, including serving as a lead test engineer for complex customer issues and managing last-minute emergencies. Despite these obstacles, I have successfully led my team, even in the face of the departure of many talented colleagues to other projects. My passion for helping others, combined with a strong work ethic and a commitment to building positive relationships, has driven my success and will continue to shape my career.As a newly appointed Release Manager, I was quickly thrown into a challenging project that demanded a deep understanding of multiple teams' processes. I rose to the occasion, collaborating closely with these teams to deliver the project within a tight deadline. My ability to work effectively under pressure and build strong relationships with my colleagues helps demonstrates my ability to quickly adapt to new environments and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic setting. My ultimate ambition is to bring an innovative product to market, guiding it from concept to delivery. With a strong background in engineering, I am confident in my ability to bring new ideas to life. I have made significant progress towards this goal, having submitted three patent ideas and successfully securing one filing and one publication within my first two years at IBM. I am eager to continue my passion for product development and bring my ideas to market. Beyond my professional career, I have a passion for life and a drive to always be active and explore new experiences. I enjoy cooking and creating new recipes, taking on new projects, and exploring new places with my dog. Whether in the office or outside, I bring a positive and curious attitude, always seeking out new challenges and opportunities for personal growth.
