Designing RESTful interfaces for receiving high throughput data from external sources into our cloud (Amazon Web Services) based decision engine. Ensure scalability to support tens of thousands of users across the country. Implementing Twilio SMS/Voice so that our customers can get easy access to their current state and/or override capabilities. Assisting the Director of Technology in milestone creation, project schedule, and architecture discussions. Ensure the team is on track to meet their assigned tasks for each milestone. Lead weekly development standup meetings to review tickets and work through issues if there are any that need full team input.

Served as Technical Lead for two groups overseeing the design, development, and deployment of the software infrastructure for SBIRS Ground, as well as the IPC service software layer. This includes a complete overhaul of the existing IPC software with IBM WebSphere MQ on a highly distributed system. Guide and provide professional feedback for all software reviews as well as verify the test results of the team's work. Effort includes porting the entire service base from Solaris to RedHat Enterprise Linux, plus transitioning to the GCC compiler.

Participated in the design, development, and deployment of the software infrastructure for SBIRS Ground on a distributed system of 300+ machines worldwide. The infrastructure includes the software to initialize and configure the ground system upon boot-up; the deployment, initialization, and configuration of the IPC subsystems; and the software to shutdown the ground software. This included the design and development of a system wide centralized configuration directory implemented using LDAP. Additional roles included development of tools and GUIs to configure and monitor the ground software with SNMP and facilitate system/software integration and test. Furthermore, the function included debugging core executables written in C/C++, pinpointing the issues, and creating solutions to meet program deadlines. Oversaw the creation and running of phase specific tests documentation to achieve mission milestones. Oversaw build coordination and configuration management on four software spirals pertaining to our group's software baseline, worked closely with packaging and managing thousands of files pre-and-post build time, as well as verified the contents of the software group's packaging.

Designed, implemented, and executed a Flash/Flex interface which captured questions from the user and transmitted the data to a backend server for NLP (natural language processing).
