Own product roadmap, pricing & user experience of B2B SaaS platform. Achieved an average 326% YoY growth in ARR between 2019 and 2022, with less than 2% annual revenue churn. Lead 2 product teams, working with Engineering, Sales, Marketing & Support, to address high-value opportunities. Introduced Scrum, user stories, discovery sessions, and outcome-driven mindset (later adopted across company). Developed & refined pricing model and product strategy through market research, data modelling, and product discovery. Presented regularly at every level of business to ensure alignment and communicate development status.Grew activation rate by 88% over 6-month period through evolution & simplification of onboarding journey, informed by user research, UX prototyping, UI design, and collaboration with Marketing to refine outbound messaging flows. Led major platform efforts (Kubernetes migration; clustering guarantees; monitoring integrations) to enable delivery of services handling thousands of connections and terabytes of data each month by a 2-person DevOps team.Cut avg. operating costs by 53% by investment in operational tooling and processes for non-functional requirements. Developed websites and CMS' for a variety of clients, encompassing rich-media film websites, content-managed corporate sites, e-commerce platforms and a variety of other purposes. Primarily used PHP, HTML5 and Javascript.
