Reality Television Producer, Casting Director and Talent Development Executive with 20+ years of experience discovering and packaging real people from a variety of subject matter to ensure the most dynamic unscripted content possible.CORE QUALIFICATIONS:- Supervising Casting Director with experience leading departments of various sizes for a number of unscripted genres, including hosts, experts, occupational series, documentary series, and gameshow formats (e.g. trivia, physical, special talent, singing, lifestyle, and social experiments).- All-in-one technical skills required to execute multiple aspects of the casting and development process from initial discovery to network pitch: outreach, interviews, casting reels (Final Cut X), write-ups, network pitches and contractual negotiations.- Field Producer with experience sourcing talent, leading field shoots and contributing to the post production/editorial process and written pitch material.- Development Executive with the ability to integrate well within an established team, adding value with in-house talent-based explorations and targeted casting exercises.- A natural curiosity towards quirky, eccentric, under-represented subject matter and personalities.
