My passion lies in fostering innovation and growth, both within my team and organization, and beyond.In day-to-day operations, I maintain a hands-on approach, keeping my skills sharp in full-stack development, coding, and sysadminning primarily leveraging Java, Python, React, Node, Spring, AWS and Google Cloud. I also apply my expertise in SEO (on and off-page, link building and content writing) and pay-per-click advertising (Google, Bing, Meta, Reddit, LinkedIn), as well as social media management in general, ensuring that I stay closely involved with all aspects of our work. I also delve into customer experience, sales approach and quality control of our CV writing and other offerings. This hands-on approach allows me to stay connected with my team and better understand the challenges and opportunities we face together, as we continually break new ground.In addition to my core responsibilities, I'm passionate about sharing my knowledge through workshops and public speaking engagements on career-related topics whether that's CV writing, interview technique or developing and taking control of your personal brand online. My drive to empower others extends to my volunteer work as an organizer and founder of the largest and most visited two-day event in Cyprus - the non-profit Cyprus Comic Con. Here, I am directly involved in handling corporate partnerships & contracts, celebrity guest bookings, booth rentals, and our outdoor music festival.The ideal corporate culture for me is one of constant progression, where new ideas are trialed by fire, and colleagues engage in logical and fierce debate. Stagnation is the enemy of all progress, and I'm dedicated to fostering a dynamic environment that continually pushes boundaries.In my downtime I enjoy building plastic models (from Lego to Gunpla), playing roguelike and RPG games (Black Isle Studios, Squaresoft etc.), pretending to be a DJ (using OBS/YouTube/Spotify with genres ranging J-pop/rock through retro/synth into Irish folk, bardcore, rock and metal), and enjoying Japanese content in general among other invariably nerdy pursuits.
