Provide in-the-moment-coaching to staff around these practices. •Lead parent trainings to teach skills in regards to supporting a student’s mental health and social emotional learning. •Serve as the mental health professional on the PBIS Team. Play an active role in ensuring the team uses data to create and address plans to further the campus around positive behavior incentive systems. •Support on-site Wellness Counselor Intern in problem solving and delivering effective interventions to staff and students.

• Understand Workforce Innovation Opportunities Act (WIOA) policies and procedures in accordance with Federal, State and local regulations: Case management, eligibility, registration, counseling, enrollment, completion, and exit.
