Responsible for all sales and customer service training initiatives across HBBS in the Middle East

Responsible for Middle East training and development in all aspects of service (internal leadership and teamwork for internal customers), external service, sales, negotiation, presentations, train the trainers. Was project leader for four major region wide initiatives, 1) Customer First, 2) Pulling Forward Together, 3) Customer First, The Quest for Value, 4) Leading to be Customer Driven. Shared concepts with other HSBC Group members in Asia Pacific supporting their implementation of similar projects. Designed and trained local Bermudan trainers to deliver Customer First event for Bank of Bermuda when the bank joined the HSBC Group. Selected as a trainer for Duke Corporate Education events delivered in UK and France.
