This was accomplished on schedule and within budget for the billion dollar property.Consistently improved EBITDA numbers in a highly competitive market through implementation of marketing ideas, analysis, teambuilding, effective communication, goal setting, mentorship, implementation of first-to-market technology and continual evaluation of return-on-investment.Contributed as one of five appointed members of the Ontario Slot Initiatives Committee (a provincial initiative) to evaluate efficiencies, products, prices, and best practices for all Ontario gaming properties. The committee identified new products and collaborated with regulator to ensure approvals prioritization.Member of the executive committee and served on compensation and employee recognition committees.
