In the latter I ran every aspect of the ride and made sure guests expectations are met and if possible exceeded. In Disney Springs I was a roaming greeter as well as an attractions host. As an attractions host at Disney Quest I was responsible for running several different attractions in the building. As a greeter for Disney Springs my responsibility in this location was to be in the know about everything in the area and all of the new things to come. This was my favorite position because it allowed me to interact one on one with many families, inform them about offerings all over property, and in some cases they will give me feedback (which is not required but I enjoyed learning about guest wants and needs). During my time on The College Program I also attended classes on Guest Relations and Hospitality to better understand these topics from Disney's perspective. I successfully completed two terms of the internship.

I attended nearly all client sales meetings and implemented sales tactics to drive home event information and show clients how they could maximize their events potential while staying in or close to their budget.
