Doing last level support duties for more than 150 thousand desktops/laptops.In more details: - European subject matter expert of several in-house developed configuration management frameworks - Troubleshooting basic SCCM related infrastructure issues/deployment problems/escalation of issues - Creation of SCCM deployments/tasks, and setting up the supporting collections, including the queries needed for exact and precise targeting - Writing basic SQL queries to gather data and drawing data from MS SQL based DBs - Investigating Citrix related connection/availability issues, facilitating the work of the primary support group - Bigfix related patch deployment/automation tasks - Writing basic powershell scripts for automation purposes/fixing issues - Investigation of large-scale issues related to desktops, virtual machines - Planning and implementation of infrastructure related changes - Documentation of issues/creating/updating processes - Holding knowledge sharing sessions for other teams - Discussing issues and providing advice to engineering teams, as well as performing requested changes - Working together with other regions SMEs, deciding about future work items
