Grew the newly formed security assurance function within the Ministry of Justice, establishing a team of consultants working across the business providing both advice and certification activities. During this time, we also introduced a full time security testing role into the team, allowing us to increase our in house capability and drive better outcomes for the Ministry.

Led the GRC function, in both a sales and delivery role. Primarily focused on Telecommunications as a Service (TaaS) and government certification activities. During this time I became QSA providing PCI advice to NZ organisations.

Assisted in various rotations around Vodafone NZ as part of their graduate engineering programme. This has been used extensively in training new team members. • Security Knowledge – Worked in a MSSP environment in a variety of roles, getting exposure to many security technologies. Have a strong knowledge of SIEM, and have had exposure to Checkpoint firewalls, Blue Coat proxies, F5 load balancers, among others. Show less

Assisted in roles around the company including maintenance, install and operation of complex lighting and power equipment for a range of clients. This included repairing and problem solving various electrical equipment. Competent with HOG3 and Avolites lighting consoles. Have had experience with Black Magic vision mixers and Daktronics and MonstaVision LED screens.
