For over two decades, I have championed transformational change within social housing, holding influential leadership positions in local authorities, charities, and a housing regulator and social enterprise. I possess an insightful view of broad social housing issues and their implications for local councils and providers. As a senior executive, I see the bigger picture, blending strategy with operational prowess to enact radical changes that transform housing services. In parallel, I am an experienced Non-Executive Director, a Trustee and an Independent Committee Member. I was an Executive Chair for a charity. I am well versed in navigating complex board dynamics to steer strategic agendas, deliver improvements and refine governance. I build consensus and trust with multilevel stakeholders and policymakers, guiding entities through periods of extreme change and uncertainty.
