The Disruptive Innovations in Business Education research group is a globally leading higher education research hub, delivering impactful and provocative research into the strategic, pedagogical and societal impacts of higher education in Business Schools. The group supports both experienced researchers and emerging practitioners to develop critical inquiries and research translation activities that inform the discourses on business and management education. DIBERG has a widely read and cited blog, dozens of top tier publications and a program of professional development and engagement opportunities. We have international research and exchange partnerships with universities in the UK, Europe and Australia.

I design and lead the transformation of teaching, learning and assessment, delivering strategic outcomes and targets for the university and a measurably better student experience year-on-year. I lead engaged research in pedagogy and with other senior colleagues embed research into the scholarly approaches (and vice-versa) in Business School units and programs. I engage actively industry, students and the community bringing their voice and their perspectives into the design of education, research, and governance. I am the strategic lead for two major change programs, Connected Learning at Scale, which is transforming the student learning experience and the Leading in a Post-Crisis World program which is a transdisciplinary series of curricular and extra-curricular activities designed to enhance a sense of belonging within the student cohort.I am the founding co-director of the Disruptive Innovations in Business Education Research Group who lead innovative research into the transformation of business education and the student experience.I am a researcher of international standing in the areas of educational innovation, the future of business education and the impacts of scale and the co-design of learning with students. I also have research interests in transitional spaces for learning, student and staff engagement with liminality and radical redesign of spaces for teaching.
