- responsible for implementation projects of a web-based software product for management of public procurement processes, with focus on: - Sales and contractual activities - Customer relationship management and negotiations - Customer’s requests analysis, project execution, system implementation - Multi-channel marketing activities - Business development- working in multi-vendor environment, written and verbal communication, with the ability to describe technical solutions in the terms of the business- performing integration testing and managing/coordinating user acceptance testing, providing timely support to user queries and troubleshooting production issues- interacting cross functionally on matters that require coordination across organization and collaborating well with other groups- knowledge of ITSM/ITIL principles and experience applying ITIL guidance to IT service, hands on experience with ITSM Tools (ServiceNow, JIRA Service Desk/Service Management, Sharepoint)- familiarity with IT technologies including common hardware, networking, and software licensing

- being part of Project Management Office for large ongoing program with the scope to migrate 50+ customer's SAP systems to T-Systems data centers- coordinating D-category projects with the following scopes: - SAP systems migrations for newly coming customers - SAP systems migrations for leaving customers (rundowns of the systems) - Hardware refreshes followed by migrations of the systems - Business Intelligence (Business Objects) implementations - Operating system and hardware upgrades for most critical customer's systems- working in multi-vendor environment, written and verbal communication, with the ability to describe technical solutions in the terms of the business- understanding of ITSM best practices and ITIL framework, experience with ITSM Tools (Sharepoint, HP Service Manager 9, Cosima)- interacting cross functionally on matters that require coordination across organization and collaborating well with other groups

SAP MM/SD modules application support project for Japanese car producer with the following responsibilities: - coordinating the delivery of SAP applications support between client’s locations in Netherlands, Germany and Accenture support’s locations in Germany and India - partly involved in day-to-day service management activities
