As a part of Boku's team, I am responsible for the entire North American hiring process in Boku across all departments. This includes understanding the teams' needs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, communicating with hiring managers, offering an insightful interview process, and making sure proper personnel ends up joining our team.I am also responsible for streamlining our ATS, ensuring processes are as efficient as possible, whilst maintaining clean candidate pipelines and meeting overall deadlines. Gathering feedback, I will also seek ways in which to improve overall interview processes and keep hiring managers informed as to their best options, finding a proper solution.
