The development also includes spa facilities, swimming pool, separate restaurant and acres of stunning grounds.Also, responsible for the Vincent, Bristol. The Vincent is a new development inspired by its Victorian heritage. The 65 one, two and three bedroom apartments are spread across the newly refurbished Queen Victoria House and two Regency-style terraces that overlook the historic grounds.

Acting on behalf of BlackRock on a project to refurbish a retail shopping center to accommodate a new full line department store for John Lewis. The existing multi tenant center will be re configured to provide a single retail unit with a stunning new facade. Assisting with negotiating of heads of terms, head lease and commercial arrangements. Margate

Responsible for a major regeneration scheme in the heart of Margate, Kent. Pursuing a planning consent for a 450,000 sq ft unit residential scheme in Margate. Responsibilities include, appointment of consultants, project managing the team, liason with legal team and local authority. The scheme includes the refurbishment of a Grade II* Listed Cinema and change of use to an artists mixed media centre, Refurbishment of a Grade II* Listed timber scenic railway (roller coaster) and construction of a public park. Initially involved with managing major funding applications for Heritage Lottery Fund and Sea Change (CABE). Both applications were successful and are now being utilised by the local authority and the Dreamland Trust.Represented the company in a Public Inquiry hearing as objectors to a CPO for the site. Acted as professional witness and managed a team of professionals involved in the process.Following confirmation of the CPO I worked with the legal team on the challenge to the decision in the High Court and subsequently the hearing in the Court of Appeal. The compensation process continues.

I was appointed by Waterbridge Group as Construction Manager for their newly formed development company called Funky Urban Concepts Ltd.I had responsibility for establishing formal reporting structures within the company, detailed design and cost reviews of all projects, submission of planning applications, selection and appointment of consultants.I was also seconded to Margate Town Centre Regeneration Company Ltd, a special purpose vehicle established by a group of investors for a major regeneration scheme in Kent.
