Manage and schedule employees to perform the following tasks for clients: digital inspections, vacuum excavation, main line & lateral grouting, sewer & drain pipe cleaning, CIPP lining, lateral inspections, manhole rehabilitation, treatment plant cleaning and maintenance, and safety.

Managed systems associated with the water/wastewater collection, conveyance, treatment, and discharge at RIRRC that includes the Underdrain Treatment System, the Leachate Pretreatment Facility (LPTF), OU-1 Pump and Treatment System, the Leachate Collection and Distribution Systems (LCDS), and the facility wastewater collection and conveyance systems. Responsible for budgeting, obtaining price quotes, and preparing bids necessary for procuring goods and services.Facility Project Management of leachate/wastewater construction upgrades and expansion projects - sewer interceptor, new pump stations, equalization tanks & leachate system, and new leachate pretreatment plant (SBR's) that totaled $40M.

Responsible for the collection of landfill data as it relates to compost monitoring, erosion & settlement monitoring, turbidity sampling of ponds, RIPDES DMR sampling, underdrain treatment system monitoring, and wastewater, and assisted with the management, monitoring and inspections of all environmental sampling programs, including groundwater, surface water, air, gas, and leachate.Responsible to oversee the O&M of the Leachate/Wastewater Collection System.

Oversaw the daily construction activities at work sites, including scheduling of workers, delivery of equipment and materials, progress of projects, and Safety. Projects included a sewer pump station rehabilitation for the Town of Narragansett, RI and a new water treatment plant for the Town of Jamestown, RI.
