Too often highly competent technicians - engineers, accountants, IT specialists etc - are promoted to lead teams without targeted and effective leadership development. They feel ill-equipped to lead and maximise the performance of the people they are supervising. From that place extraordinary things happen.I have worked across both the public and private sectors in a range of industries that includes education, financial services, mining, aviation, construction, IT and telecommunications demonstrating my flexibility and adaptability.I am a facilitator, program designer, speaker and coach. I hold a Masters in Business Administration as well as undergraduate qualifications in Applied Science and Education.
