Okay, but remember you asked!I've been working in automation since I completed a multi-skilled apprenticeship with Ford Motor Co. 🚗Back then, I was a young hot-shot! I specialised in machine vision. The new, emerging technology. A real advanced black-art. 🤓Then I turned around and suddenly I'm a greying industry elder! 👴I get to use phrases like "I've been doing this for over 20 years". Yikes! 😱When it comes to machine vision, I really know my stuff.I've helped people in all different industries implement machine vision.Chances are, if you've seen a lot of COGNEX machine vision around the UK, you've seen my work.Sometimes it's emblazoned with the VISICON logo but more often than not, I'm the man behind the curtain.
