- Overall responsibility for translation and localization projects, from planning, execution to delivery and follow-up, with client contacts throughout the process- Continuous large number of simultaneously running projects, spanning from short single language assignments to more complex projects with as many as 50 languages and several project parts involved.- Identifying the project requirements and specifications in cooperation with the customer and project members, as well as compiling information and all necessary instructions for the project resources- Coordination and assignment of the resources using international suppliers as well as internal resources- Project administration, pricing, order registration, issuing of purchase orders, invoice preparations, document management, and preparations for archiving as well as deviation management (complaints)- Preparation of quotations, often in collaboration with internal sales people and other project resources, as well as contributing to the preparation of procurements and tenders- Key account manager responsibilities for some clients- Participation and driving in the development of IT tools and system support- Driving in the development of general and specific routines and work processes- Participation at several internal and external audits regarding Semantix’s ISO certification

- Co-ordination of large and small translation projects- IT administration- Maintenance of workflow routines

Sales, stocking and pricing of office supplies and books

Taking the weekly orders of beverages from restaurants, grocery stores etc.

- In charge of the book storage which included unpacking book deliveries and distributing them to the seven Wettergren bookstores in the Gothenburg area- Managing the school book distribution to local schools- Shop assistant in the bookstores

- Managing requests from clients- Booking flights, hotels, car rentals etc.- Invoicing

- Directory enquiries- Telemarketing
