Oversaw the security strategy for the Olympic Games relationship with the Rio2016 Chief Information Officer (CIO), Chief Security Officer (CSO), Service Delivery Managers and Technology Operation Center, as well as communication and public relations within Symantec.

Responsible for the fiscal year planning, staffing, budgeting, consulting balance sheet, and managing ongoing operational expenses for an organization of 350+ personnel across North and South America, with annual revenues in excess of $800M.Led technical sales teams assigned to commercial, public sector and non-profit industries to discover, qualify, run evaluation cycles, respond to requests for pricing (RFPs), and compete for sales opportunities. And, assisted customers to translate their business strategy into a technology vision and roadmap to deliver on their business outcomes.

As part of the organization's transformation, I led the efforts to shift the team’s charter from tools, process and campaigns to focus on Solutions Enablement, Programmatic Selling, and Outcome Driven training.

I served as Symantec's Executive Sponsor of the Official Supplier relationship with the Rio2016 Olympic Committee. In this role, I was responsible for overseeingthe security strategy for the Olympic Games relationship with the Rio2016 Chief Information Officer (CIO), Chief Security Officer (CSO), Service Delivery Managers and Technology Operation Center, as well as communication and public relations within Symantec.As with any major initiative and project, I had the honor of leading Symantec’s team throughout the various phases of the architecture, design, testing, and 7x24 operations of both the Olympic and Paralympic Games.
