Commencing with Ronald J King-Smith & Associates (later to become KSA Systems), I have loved every step of the technology explosion the world has been on. I have been responsive to, and rapidly learnt, the constantly emerging technologies and embraced change and the exciting opportunities that this brings. This has led me to travel to the United States, initially as part of a joint venture with John Holland, to launch KSA’s products into the US market, and to developing innovative, bespoke software solutions for companies including INC (Industrial Noise Control); Westaflex; Nylex; LSC Security Supplies; Coynes; a number of Victorian horse racing clubs and others, including payroll solutions. I am loyal and dedicated and really care about the business’ I have supported, where I have consistently become an integral part of the organisation, adding value to the team and the business. Currently, I am open to new challenges and opportunities; acknowledging that I have extensive experience in payroll, retailing, wholesaling and manufacturing businesses and the use of ePicor ERP and also the d3/PICK system, programming language and database.
