A position through the academic year at the front desk of the dorms managing the circulation of various dorm supplies, packages, keys, and access cards while working with a team of 5-15 other desk assistants.Create a welcoming and inclusive dorm environment through customer service and personable interactions.Enforce housing and university policies and report violations or safety issues.

A live-in position during the academic year, assisting in the day-to-day operations of the dorms.Build a welcoming and inclusive community within the dorms through programs and events, providing assistance and resources, and building relationships with residents.Oversee a wing of 20-40 residents, participate in an on-call duty rotation, and attend weekly staff meetings & 1on1s.Work with a staff of 16 other resident assistants to respond to emergencies and enforce housing & university policies.

Oversee a team of 25 lifeguards, conduct new lifeguard training, perform various administrative duties, conduct staff meetings, work within the lifeguard duty rotation, work the front desk & register. Assist patrons with questions, issues, and paperwork. Oversee the weekly training and exercise program for lifeguards.

Oversee the safety of pool patrons through enforcement of pool rules and regulations, engagement in preventative interventions, water rescue, first aid, and lifesaving care using CPR & AED.Communicate effectively while working with a staff of 25 lifeguards to conduct patrol surveillance, coach private and group swim lessons, coach swim team practices, work front desk shifts, and guard for private parties.
