Worked with the Director of Patient Services on cleaning-up the organizations database. Researched and updated over 150 patient records with mailing addresses and other information that needed to be recorded on the database. Tracked and managed equipment being loaned out to patients and recorded information when the equipment was returned to the office.

Responsible for contacting over 1500 clients and informed them that the multiple servers their websites were currently connected to were being streamlined down to one server. Gathered personal password information from the clients so that I could access their websites and convert the multiple server connections to the single new server. Managed all direct mail marketing production. Worked with agency on the production schedules and production specs for each of the direct marketing campaigns. Handled the shipment of materials the production house needed for various mailings such as brochures and buck slip inserts. Responsible for managing corporate accounts MEDCO and AT&T. Managed the production of accounts weekly and monthly mailings from art approval to final copy approval. Maintained production schedules for each of the accounts and handled the replenishment of inventory when necessary. Had a weekly call with clients to discuss ongoing projects and any changes they wished to make to their mailings.

Started as a coordinator and moved up through the ranks to the level of Assistant Director in the membership department.
