I lead the acquisitions effort for PointOne, for both ground-up development opportunities and the purchase of existing assets. Projects range in capitalized value between $40-100 million, and are located in high-barrier-to-entry submarkets with limited new-starts, good schools and strong centers of employment. Existing With offices in Atlanta and South Florida, PointOne owns and manages a diversified portfolio of residential and commercial assets valued in excess of $730 million. Our principals have collectively conducted more than $1.9 billion in income-producing real estate transactions.

Miami/Fort Lauderdale Area

Palatine pursues value-add investments and develops in a variety of asset classes, including multi-family, self-storage, retail, office, parking and industrial properties.At Palatine I executed the repositioning or redevelopment strategy in each of its multi-family investments, from post-acquisition business-plan development through construction, stabilization and disposition of the property. For larger projects, my role was heavy in construction management, from selection of the architects, to development of the project scope, architectural plan and contract approval and budget management.

Greater New York City Area

Treeview oversees the management of a 20 million square-foot real estate portfolio, consisting of industrial, office, mixed-use and multi-family assets throughout the United States.At Treeview I oversaw 4.5 million square feet of commercial, mixed-use and multifamily assets, focusing primarily on leasing, where I negotiated over 1.2 million square feet of new leases and renewals.

Meridian specializes in the redevelopment of underutilized and underperforming properties, asset management, and advisory to Fortune 1000 corporations. The firm finds creative solutions for properties in challenging situations. At Meridian I was involved in all aspects of the business, overseeing the management of 1.5 million square feet of assets, underwroting all acquisition and development opportunities (including the joint-venture acquisition of an 8000-unit, $300 million affordable housing portfolio), as well as assisted in the project management of two mixed-use land redevelopments totaling 50+ acres.
